Gail Logan is an Executive Coach who helps female leaders deliver with incredible impact by coaching them to embrace their self-worth and confidence. Gail has extensive experience working in the fast-paced world of technology. Most recently she was Director of EMEA Customer Care for Adobe, heading a team of c.50 people across Europe delivering multi-lingual support for Adobe’s portfolio of Enterprise Products. She partnered closely with support teams in the US and India to deliver a high calibre service and was accountable for the customer experience across the region. She supported a $1bn EMEA business and engaged regularly with Enterprise Level Clients running mission critical systems requiring 24 x 7 support.
She set up her own business in 2016 and now works with managers, senior leaders and CEOs to enable them to deliver exceptional value, lead with impact and maximise their potential. Her flagship IGNITE Mastermind helps female leaders to hone their leadership skills, overcome impostor syndrome, and unleash their unique talents and strengths; so that they can create incredible results without stress and overwhelm, in a way that feels right for them. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a Female Leader of the Year Finalist in 2022.
