I am Sue Thomas and I am the Sugar Free Coach!


In my 20’s I started to really understand how food helped me to fuel my body and have boundless energy when competing in triathlons and long distance bike riding.


In my 30’s my food focus was more on having my children and eating well so that I could have the energy to give them the best start in life. By this stage I was running a busy personal training studio and I needed the right fuel to give my best to my clients and to my children!


And then in my 40’s I was struck down by an infection that required prolonged doses of antibiotics. Fast forward 3 years and I was struggling. I was no longer walking the talk! My digestive system was unhappy, my hormones were out of balance and I was having to sleep in the afternoon to have enough energy for my clients and my family!


And that is when I knew I had to take back control. But it had to be simple and easy to implement! My focus was to heal my intestine, rebalance my hormones, improve my sleep and energy levels and rediscover my love for life! I devised an easy to follow and easy to prep eating plan for myself that did not include any sugar, got my mind in the right place for success and found myself by my late 40s with the energy I had in my 30s.


And now I am in my 50s and the programme I devised for myself I have used to help countless women achieve the same thing as me – to take back control! My focus is to help you understand how you can sleep better, have more energy, balance your hormones and lose weight by focusing on reducing sugar. No calorie counting or restriction, just focusing on the foods you can eat to help you live a full and vibrant life no matter what age!
