Will Murtha is an accredited coach with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). He launched Transformational Leadership Coaching (TLC) in 2013, which he runs with his wife, Jayne.
TLC delivers 1-2-1 high-impact, high-performance coaching to individuals, leaders, managers, company directors and MDs. Using a set of proven self-coaching techniques and tools, they help clients to gain a far better insight into how any undesirable behaviours and derailing habits can be changed, so that a person can reach their fullest and highest potential.
