A Space Where
Change Can Begin
Change Your World Wellness Centre was created from lived experience and a belief that meaningful change is possible, even after difficult or challenging chapters. Following her own journey through burnout, shame and the pressures of work and life, Suzy sought support, learning and space to reflect. Through that process, she experienced first hand how small, supported steps can begin to create lasting change.
The Wellness Centre exists to offer that same opportunity to others, a place where wellbeing feels accessible, grounded and rooted in genuine human connection. Change does not need to be rushed or forced. Often, it begins by simply having a space to pause, breathe and be heard.
Based at WASPS Creative Academy in Inverness, Change Your World Wellness Centre provides a calm, welcoming environment designed to support reflection and emotional wellbeing. All sessions and events are offered by advance booking only, whether you are attending a workshop, joining a group session, or booking 1:1 counselling or therapy. This helps ensure that each visit remains confidential, considered and centred around your individual needs.

Our Founder

“You’re not alone in feeling stuck - The Change Your World Wellbeing Centre was created to help you find your way forward. I know this works because I have been exactly where you are. When I finally took responsibility for my own wellbeing and began working on myself, everything started to change.”
Today, the centre continues that mission: helping people take small but powerful steps toward a better life.
Our Approach
We believe that real, lasting change starts with you.
Not by fixing you - but by helping you reconnect with the strengths, awareness, and resilience you already carry.
Our therapists use a people-first, person-centred approach, supporting clients to move from fight-or-flight survival mode into a calmer, grounded, empowered version of themselves.
We offer tools, conversation, and support that genuinely make a difference in everyday life.
Our Values

- Accessible – wellbeing is for everyone
- Inclusive – all identities welcome
- Safe – confidential, non-judgmental support
- Supportive – rooted in empathy and connection
Practical – tools for real life, not theory
Our Approach
We believe that real, lasting change starts with you.
Our approach is grounded in person-centred practice and shaped by an understanding that change looks different for everyone. We support individuals experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, low mood, work-related pressure and the impact of earlier life experiences, always working at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Support is offered through counselling, therapy, coaching, workshops and group sessions, both in person and online. The focus is on creating a calm, respectful space where experiences can be explored with care, and where small, supported steps can begin to create meaningful and lasting change.
